In the first section, i will take you through, how you should look at Term Loan Proposals as a Banker - Term Loans are generally loans given for longer period mainly for meeting long term requirements of Business entities like Starting a new business, Expansion, Modernisation, Backward Integration, Forward Integration, etc.
However, appraisal of Term Loan involves lots of technical analysis and also has high level of risk because loan disbursement will happen immediately whereas repayments will happen over a period of long time. Hence, it is absolutely necessary to have thorough knowledge of all technical matters revolving around Long Term Projects and its corresponding Term Loan.
