To understand Scrum, you first need to understand Agile and that is where this course starts.

We kick-off with the Agile Manifesto, how it was created and what the values and principles mean. This is followed with the Scrum framework with its values, roles, artifacts, and events

By the end of this course, you’ll have a working understanding of the fundamentals of Agile as well as its most popular framework – Scrum, setting you up to hit the ground running whether you are working in a Scrum Team or looking to implement Scrum into a team.

It is based on the knowledge and experience of the instructor and includes a lot of additional practices from other Agile frameworks that instructor uses with Scrum in a work environment over the past 12 years.

No experience is necessary - this course will teach you from the ground up! However, some prior experience of project management and delivery in a software development environment would be useful, but is not essential.
